Amikaeyla is the Founder and Executive Director of International Cultural Arts and Healing Sciences Institute (ICAHSI). ICAHSI is a contemporary interdisciplinary cultural arts and educational institute based in both the San Francisco/Bay Area, California and in Washington, DC.
As well, Amikaeyla is Co-Executive Director of World Trust Educational Services . Through film and dialogue, World Trust Educational Services ignites courage and expands its capacity to create a world free from racism.
As a featured presenter and trainer in Conflict Management, Resolution, and Cultural Competency, Amikaeyla fosters supportive environments where everyone has an equal voice.
She recently shared the stage with Dame Helen Mirren in London to support a cease-fire in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and frequently trains US diplomats at the Foreign Service Institute, emphasizing the power of art in shaping global narratives. Amikaeyla is also an adjunct professor at the California Jazz Conservatory.
